Movie review. The Intouchables, on Netflix & Youtube. An unlikely friendship develops between a wealthy multi-handicap and his caregiver just released from prison. This movie is in sub-titles. So if you don't like sub-titles, than this may not be for you. However, from the opening secne, you can't stop watching! Situation DramRomCom ( Dramatic, Romantic, Comedy ) You will not be disapointed.
Dlectricity.com This event has passed, but keep this on your calendar for next year. 2 nights of stunning art by 40 artists from around the globe that project their art on the buildings of Detroit, along with free standing exhibits. You can dance infront of one exhibit and have your moves projected by laser onto a wall of the Detroit Science Center. The Bike Parade features creatively lit bikes that after the parade, roam around the exhibit area.

Not an extensive menu. I had the chicken taco dinner with beans and rice. They are soft tacos, with cilantro on top. Their hot sauce is VERY HOT so be careful. To hot for me and I like spicey. They have excellent avacado dip and my wife had the chicken botana, and for desser we had their tres lehe cake. It all was the best! We found our new Mexican restaurant!

If you are facing Pre-Forclosure or Forclosure, please try not to panic. You've gotten into a position usually because of some hardship. A lot of times it is due to a medical situation. You have some time to decide if selling your home will give you any procedes after your sale. I have helped a customer sell their house after it's been sold at auction. In Michigan you would still have 6 months after it has been sold at auction, this is your Redemption Period.

The homeowner can live in the property, is not required to make payments, can sell or buy back property and should - *maintain the property - *maintain utilities - *maintain insurance. The homeowner must allow the purchaser to inspect the home and all structures during the redemption period.
To redeem the property the borrower must pay the amount bid at the sheriff sale plus interest and fees.
