My name is Richard Alliston, REALTOR®, and I’m pleased to introduce myself and my office to you.
I became licensed in real estate in 1986 and hold a degree in Computer Information Systems. Before returning to real estate full-time, I spent many years in the technology industry selling 3D design software to the automotive, manufacturing, and aerospace industries. This background allows me to stay ahead of today’s rapidly changing technology and gives my clients a competitive advantage when buying or selling a home.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy cooking, playing chess, bike riding, strength training, visiting art museums, and exploring new interests.
When selling your home, I provide a full-service experience by accurately pricing your property, positioning it effectively in the marketplace, negotiating strong offers, and coordinating all details through closing to ensure a smooth transaction. I can also arrange estate sales to assist with downsizing when needed.
When working with buyers, I help identify the right home, guide financing options, prepare and present competitive offers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage all required documentation. I am also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) certified by the National Association of REALTORS®, a designation that reflects advanced training, higher standards, and a deeper level of expertise than non-designated agents.
